Our Specialities

We are specialized in the exquisited cuisine of our region. Antipasti like vitello tonnato, insalata russa, flan and carne cruda all’albese. Primi as tajarin al ragu di carne, risotto, angolotti and “plin”. And as secondo we can serve arrosto di vitello, coniglio and stracotto di maialino are amongst the famous dishes you can enjoy during the meal.

As the final touch we serve bunet, panna cotta, semifreddo al torrone and other dolce followed by caffe and, if you wish, a grappa.

Our House Wines

From our two stuffed cantine, we can open a bottle or two of the best the region can offer. Top classified DOCG like Barbera d’Asti, Roero Nebbiolo, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barolo, Barbaresco and of course, the white wine Roero Arneis. 

More famous wines like Barbera d’Alba, Langhe Favorita, Alta Langa spumante, Dolcetto, Bonarda and not so famous Croatina that we call Cisterna d’Asti around here.

We can also offer you all sorts of grappa and amaro (the bitter digestivo) and international dito like whisky and cognac.

Beer, gin, vermouth, Campari, Aperol, Limoncello…the list is long.
